Best Practice Study Visits

Best Practice Study Visits are the ideal way to get first-hand experience of Lean Practices and Processes. They provide access to world class companies and to those on their way, companies that are willing to share their Lean journey and the impact of embracing lean Business Principles and the benefits of continuous improvement activity.

As part of our ongoing relationship with Toyota we have been offered access to the Toyota Engine Manufacturing Plant in North Wales. These Study Visits to Toyota consist of two-day lean workshops.

Best Practice Study Visits are open to all Enterprise Ireland clients. The number of places available on each Study Visit is limited. Delegates will be required to register online to secure a place(s).
